Milisav Tmušić from Podgorica accused the emergency services of not coming to his call when his wife was bleeding profusely and when, as he says, her life hung in the balance, because later that evening she ended up undergoing surgery at the Clinical Center of Montenegro. They demand the responsibility of the authorities and threaten to file criminal charges, while the Institute for Emergency Medical Assistance responds that they have taken everything to investigate this case.
