On the second day of the search, the so-called "Nobody's houses" in the elite Podgorica neighborhood of Gorica, for which the arrested owner of the Atlas Group, Duško Knežević, claimed in 2019 that it was being built for the former president of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, but that it was only aimed at his friend Vladan Ivanović, SPO members listed are things that need to be installed in an unfinished house. The search, which was ordered by the High Court, was attended by the owner of the house Vladan Ivanović, as well as his lawyers Zoran Piperović and Marko Milošević.
"It's not about anyone's house, it's about a house that is owned by Vladan Ivanović from Podgorica. The SPO calls the action a search, we as defense lawyers would call the action an inventory. So it's about a classic list of things that were imported to the house, which should are to be built in. Today it is the turn of ceramics, toilets, cisterns, parquet floors, we listed them yesterday," said the lawyer Milošević.
The search was also attended by members of certain inspections such as the Municipal and Construction Inspections. Even today, the Special Prosecutor's Office and the police did not announce the search, while Vijesti announced that it was part of the investigation against Ivanović and his company Master inženjering for the criminal offenses of money laundering and abuse in business operations. Milošević did not want to say on the basis of which the search warrant was issued, claiming that it was illegal and that his client was not to blame.
"Each of these items that are the subject of the invoice and the subject of control were duly selected, ordered, paid for and delivered to his home. There are definitely no elements of any criminal acts," says Milošević.
The chief special prosecutor Vladimir Novović said last Thursday in the program "Nachisto" on TV Vijesti that the prosecution formed a special case for "Nobody's House", that certain bank accounts were obtained, and that they found interesting information by searching a phone.
