The misdemeanor court in Bijelo Polje punished a resident of that municipality, Hikmet Ramović, because on Facebook on July 5, 2023, he insulted the then councilor of the Europe Now Movement, and the current state secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Andrija Delić.
Ramović, in response to Delić's announcement about the disappearance of a certain amount of asphalt, and his association with the director of the utility company Muradif Grbović, wrote: "The excavator needs to be punched in the nose so that they can come to their senses!!!".
Judge Andrijana Bulatović of the Bijelo Polska Misdemeanor Court sentenced Ramović to a fine of 100 euros, with an obligation to pay court costs of 30 euros.
