The Investment Development Fund (IRF), the largest shareholder of the company "13. Juli - Plantaže", before the end of the mandate, requested the dismissal of the Board of Directors of that company headed by Nebojša Vuksanović.
According to the knowledge of Television Vijesti, the IRF proposed three new board members, namely Ivan Cvijović from the head of the Evropa Sad Movement, Milan Drakić, councilor from SO Zeta from Demokrat, and Nikola Tripković, who currently covers the position of executive director of the IRF.
It is expected that the new representative will be proposed by the Employment Agency, while the current members Darko Rašović and Boris Boričić, as well as Nikola Perišić, representative of the CKB, will remain in their positions.
