Gošović: Enrollment in secondary schools ends on June 27, about 10 vacant places provided by the competition

Around 10 vacant places are foreseen in the competition for enrollment in secondary schools throughout Montenegro, and future secondary school students can take advantage of this opportunity until Wednesday, June 27, at 15 p.m.

Marija Gošović, acting director of the Directorate for High School and Vocational Education, explained in "Colors of the Morning" on the TV Vijesti program that the credit limit only refers to success in the last cycle of primary education.

Students apply online or by directly coming to school, and educational institutions are obliged to publish ranking lists on websites and in school halls at 16 p.m.

The government has the greatest interest in the "Slobodan Škerović" Gymnasium in Podgorica, the "Mirko Vešović" School of Economics and the Medical School.

The Ministry informs students and parents that all children will be enrolled in accordance with legal norms and procedures.

"We are in contact with school principals and we have also received official requests from schools to extend classes or add another class to majors. I want to inform them and the public that after the end of the competition, an analysis will be done, that we will try to meet to all students," she said

During the summer vacation, nine secondary schools throughout Montenegro will be reconstructed.

"These are "Sergej Stanić" from Podgorica, Secondary vocational school Cetinje, Secondary mixed school "Danilo Kiš" from Budva, Secondary vocational school from Bar, school "Bećo Bašić" from Plav, school Vukadin Vukadinović from Beran, school from Rožaj and from Bijelo Polje. Also, the German Development Bank has allocated certain funds and the building of the Cetinje Gymnasium and Art School from Cetinje will be completely reconstructed," Gošović pointed out.
