About fifty residents of Kuća Rakić blocked traffic in front of Tuzi Municipality for half an hour, as a sign of protest due to problems with water, electricity and roads.
Representatives of around 200 households said that they are regular payers, but in return they get dry taps or, believe it or not, blue water.
They also say that the problem is that they don't know who they belong to - Tuzi, the capital or Zeta.
