38 degrees were measured in Montenegro today, and the heat wave will continue in the coming days.
Meteorologists warn that the temperature in some parts of the country will be higher than 40 degrees.
Dušan Pavićević, head of the Meteo Center of Television News, said that we are in for a very warm period.
"There were few such in the period behind us, or years behind us. The temperature, when it comes to Podgorica, is between 38 and 40, maybe even over 40 degrees, especially next week, at least that's how it works now. Danilovgrad will have well over 40 degrees , very high temperatures are also expected in other parts of Montenegro," Pavićević said.
On the sea, it will be a little more pleasant than in the central part.
"On the Adriatic, depending on the wind, if there is an afternoon mistral, then it's tolerable, and if it's not, then it's hellish there too."
