The second attempt at an agreed rotation in the position of the president of the municipality of Berane did not succeed either.
Although there was a quorum for the session of the Beran parliament, Damjan Ćulafić from the Democrats was not elected as the head of the Municipality, because two councilors of the majority who questioned his election did not appear.
The session was interrupted, however, because the Democrats asked for a break for consultations, and as unofficially learned by Television Vijesti, the councilors will try to come to an agreement again tomorrow.
If they don't succeed in two days, the mandate of the Municipal Assembly will be shortened.
