By the end of the year or by the end of the month, the reconstruction of the Government will follow, and with it the departure of the heads of two ministries with visible results, such as education and traffic...
In the Educational Community, they came to the defense of Minister Anđela Jakšić Stojanović from the Europe Now Movement, launched a petition and sent an open letter...
"For the first time in a long time, in the Ministry of Education, we have people who have understood what the main problems in education are. A fantastic energy, a whole series of activities that have been accepted, that have started to take place and whose results are visible. You can see the work, the effort , shift... To stop a process in full swing with measurable and qualitative results, I think it is extremely counterproductive and does not bring any good to the country," said Petar Špadijer from the Educational Community.
Ministers from the New Serbian Democracy of Andrija Madnić and the Democratic People's Party of Milan Knežević should enter the Government. Mandić's party would get three ministries - part of the Ministry of Education, which is divided, part of Urbanism and part of the Ministry of Tourism, while DNP would have part of the Ministry of Transport and the position of Deputy Prime Minister.
It is speculated that the minister of urban planning could be Slaven Radunović, Simonida Kordić of tourism, and Budimir Aleksić of education. They see nothing controversial in the ruling DNP, indirectly adding that there is a function for everyone....
"Colleagues Jakšić Stojanović and Radulović did a solid job, especially the Minister of Education, but that does not mean that the people who need to replace them will not perhaps do even better. Be sure that the New Serbian Democracy and the DNP will put forward the best possible solutions, and I believe that these people will work at least as well as Minister Jakšić Stojanović and Minister Radulović. As far as they are concerned, they will not be removed from the Government, but will take over other portfolios," says DNP Vice President Maja Vukićević.
It's as if it's just like that and as if there are countless armchairs. That's the problem - that the parties decide everything and that they are more important than anything....
"It's a mentality that is conditioned to that way of thinking - it doesn't matter, if the minister isn't that, she'll be a minister somewhere else... Terribly ugly, terribly stupid, counterproductive and unhealthy for society, especially for the education system, is that one sequence of activities, one good energy, one very high-quality results, to interrupt," said Špadijer.
How they are recognized in the now opposition, and once for three decades ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS)...
"When the results were measured in Montenegro, as far as that is concerned, we cannot say that this has not always been the case, especially since the ministerial position is a par excellence political position, so it is not much about what kind of results you have achieved rather, it is about what are the agreements within the parties. Continuation of the collapse of the system in areas that are of crucial importance for Montenegro," says DPS MP Nikola Janović.
Criticism also comes from the rest of the opposition...
"Another fraud by Mr. Spajić, who, citizens will surely remember, said that based on the effects of the ministers, their ability to stay in the government will be determined. Now, as far as I have information, there will be a change or division of ministries precisely in those ministries that, at least statistically, have achieved the best results. It is important to maintain the majority, it is important to keep his position as prime minister," said the vice-president of the URA Citizens' Movement, Filip Adžić.
"This issue is first and foremost the responsibility of the prime minister, the leader of the party to which the minister belongs, and somewhere I assume that the PES ministers themselves will have certain answers to these matters. We also voted against the Government, we will vote against the reconstruction as well", said Social Democrat Vice President Boris Mugoša.
In the end, the Educational Union warns that everything will depend on inter-party agreements and someone's ambitions and whims... It leaves a bitter impression that the entire country functions in election cycles...
"I am afraid that once again everything will end with the distribution of the political cake, which would be a very ugly picture, a very big slap in the face to society - What is very painful, which for years creates the impression that we are just another voting machine that serves to some people took turns to share that political cake among themselves," concluded Špadijer.
