The Vujisić family will block the highway in the town of Jabuka, in the municipality of Kolašin, on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., as a sign of protest because the competent cadastre has not issued a decision on compensation for the expropriation of their plots of land through which the highway now passes for a decade.
The Kolasin cadastre, which rejected their request for expropriation as unfounded, is primarily to blame for the delay.
In several judgments, following Vujisić's lawsuit, the Administrative Court indicated to the Kolašin cadastre that it must fully establish all the facts in this case and comply with the Law on Expropriation.
The Vujisićs addressed several addresses, contacted several ministers from this and the previous government in an attempt to find out the fate of their three plots of land with an area of over 30 square meters.
In April, the competent Ministry of Spatial Planning told Television Vijesti that Minister Janko Odović demanded from the new Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration to do everything to end this procedure as soon as possible. As this did not happen, the Vujisići told Television Vijesti that they were forced to block the highway.
