The police prevented the blocking of the highway in the town of Jabuka, which the Vujisić family from Kolašin announced for today from 11 am to XNUMX am, because they have been waiting for a decade for compensation for the expropriation of the land for the first section.
Their brake is the Kolasin cadastre, which, despite judgments and orders from the top, does not issue a decision on compensation.
The police explained to Vujisić that the highway cannot be blocked, and they said that the next time they will do it at the cost of their lives, if the procedure is not completed immediately.
"Our land is located above the highway and this one meadow, which the highway crosses, is behind the tunnel, one is even higher. It is somewhere around 31 thousand square meters," said Zorica Vujisić.
Because they have not yet been paid the compensation for the confiscated three plots, this morning Zorica and Zdravko Vujisić planned to block the route of the highway that passes through their property, in the town of Jabuka near Kolašin. However, they did not succeed in this.
"We gave notice 12 days ago that today, the 20th, we will spend an hour on the highway route to warn all entities responsible for this behavior, that it will no longer be tolerated. However, here you are today under the bridge, welcomed we are the officers and organs of the Kolašin MUP," said Zdravko Vujisić.
The Vujisićs note that they have been fighting the battle over the expropriation fee with the Kolasin cadastre, which declared their request unfounded, for a decade. In this, they point out, the judgment of the Administrative Court, which, according to their lawsuit, indicated to the cadastre that in this case it must fully establish the facts and comply with the Law on Expropriation, does not help them, and the Minister of Urbanism also responded.
"This crossed the red line a long time ago. Please, don't deign. What am I going to say, my brother, today, when the institution that works and is under the jurisdiction of Mr. Odović, the Minister of Urbanism, does not respect Mr. Odović, who said three months ago that he would end this procedure as soon as possible," said Zorica Vujisić.
"The problem is with them, not with us. This is one of the cleanest expropriations here on the highway route," said Zdravko Vujisić.
Pointing to the never-compensated damage caused to their family property during the construction of the highway, the Vujisićs ask why the expropriation was paid for by everyone except them.
"Where are the representatives today, i.e. Minister Odović, Mr. Filip Radulović, who are responsible for our expropriation. If one expropriation can be paid off, which may have been 260 or 270 thousand, double that, i.e. 520 thousand euros, what are we talking about?'' said Zorica Vujisić.
The police, intending to block the highway, prevented them today, but they say that they will not do it the next time, at the cost of their lives, if necessary.
"It may happen that we wait a week for them to come up with an urgent solution and complete this procedure. If not, on the route of the highway, so it will be our last. Every day," said Zorica Vujisić.
