After 70 days, more or less without water, in the heat of 40 degrees, the residents of Kuća Rakića were boiling over.
As a sign of protest, they blocked the boulevard from Podgorica to Tuzi for an hour, demanding the resignation of the director of Vodovod Tuzi, Ilir Camaj.
Disgruntled locals brought empty pots and dishes, saying that the situation was alarming.
They are also asking for support from the President of the Municipality of Tuzi, Lindon Đeljaj, who promised them a solution to the problem at an earlier meeting, but that did not happen.
They also remind that recently blue water flowed from their taps, and still no one answered them how much their health was threatened by it. In recent days, they say, another strange situation is happening.
"Since Monday, when we announced the protest for today, the teams of the city's Waterworks have been activated. Yesterday afternoon, we witnessed that at the manhole four times in the space of two hours, one team of the Waterworks in civilian clothes opened the valves, another team came in uniforms that was closing the valves," says local resident Salija Fetić.
Parents Edin Ćatović and Almira Kurgaš explain that it is difficult to maintain basic hygiene in these conditions.
"Do any of my people want to come and see one of our days, how we live. This is simply a disgrace and a shame".
TV Vijesti journalist: How are you doing?
"Difficult, very difficult. We don't have a well, but we provide water from some reserves, with taps that are available to us".
One of the boys fell ill during the protest, after which doctor Nermin Abdić helped him. At the protest, in addition to Abdić, the representative of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) also supported the crowd, Mihailo Andđušić.
