The dismissed Inspector General of the National Security Agency (ANB) Artan Kurti filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica against Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and Secretary General and President of the Commission for Personnel and Administrative Affairs of the Government Dragoljub Nikolić on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of failure to comply with a court decision.
Yesterday, the government briefly returned Kurti to the position of inspector general of the ANB, because that was what the Administrative Court ordered, and then dismissed him again and appointed Predrag Burić again.
Kurti in the criminal complaint, which Television Vijesti had access to, states that at yesterday's first session, the Government only formally concluded that his mandate would continue, in accordance with the ruling of the Administrative Court, and then dismissed him at the next session without first could continue his mandate because he neither entered the post at ANB, nor was it possible for him to do so.
Kurti also addressed the head of the Delegation of the European Union in Podgorica, Oana Kristina Popi, and in the letter states that Prime Minister Spajić does not respect the court's verdict and thus the rule of law.
