Breaking the law and turning a blind eye to illegal and excessive construction seems to be becoming a regular practice in the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Urbanism.
Television Vijesti has exclusively obtained documentation that proves that the Building Inspection violated the law by allowing the investor who is building the residential complex Korteks selo, in the Zabjelo neighborhood of Podgorica, to build 115 apartments on a plot where only 73 apartments are allowed to be built.
The Ministry as well as the investor, Eurozoks, claim that everything is according to the law and refer to the fact that the Chief State Architect allowed the construction of so many apartments.
The entire case, as unofficially learned by Television News, is also being investigated by the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
