He took part in winning all the medals of our national team and the greatest success of Montenegrin club water polo. After 12 years of a successful career abroad, he returned to where it all began - to his parent club, Primorac.

As the leader of the team, he managed to achieve what was expected since 2008 - they won the title of champion of Montenegro.

We talked with Draško Brguljan about the Olympic Games, the future of water polo, Primorac, and to begin with, Nina Marković asked him about his impressions after the performance of our sharks at the games.

"The impressions are different because we had that first game against Croatia where we didn't play at some level and Croatia is objectively the better team, they deserved to win, we had some chances, we had a chance to connect which we didn't use, and it went in that direction for the Croats to end it easily. Then we had, in my opinion, our best game against the Greeks. I think that Greece was not at its level in some of the later games, and in my opinion we had to win that game, that's all went to our side, we played well, we had solidity, the defense was good, the player worked better, I think we allowed some of our mistakes to come back, to beat us by five. As for the Italians, in my opinion, one a completely even match, where we parried very well, I also think that Italy is a better team than us, but we parried the whole game, held on and led, in the end it was a real draw, we didn't manage to win. And then that America, what can I say, so many times there have been repeated matches that carry stress, something important, a pass and that we lose without, let's say, a shot being fired. America is a top team, but it's not America's issue, it's our issue, our approach, that we haven't changed anything in moments when things aren't going well. Our two, three best shooters didn't shoot and it happens, but if we didn't change anything, nothing at all, no game in defense, no plan B that we had in case it didn't go well, that's kind of disappointing to me. Surely the players are the most disappointed, they have worked for this for years, and then you come and get relegated like this, it must not be easy for them. But that's sport, I'm sorry that these things are repeated, it's been like this for a long time".
