A large number of lists that will fight for power in the capital on September 29 is good for democracy, according to lawyer Boris Marić.
He said at the press preview in "Colors of the Morning" TV Vijesti that Montenegro obviously has to go through such processes, until a more stable political framework is reached.
Marić states that the upcoming extraordinary elections will not bring a drastic change to Podgorica, but a redistribution of power within the existing structure.
This, he emphasizes, is the political and interest game behind the shortening of the mandate of the local Assembly. He says, however, that this game can also be reflected at the state level.
