A resident of Podgorica's Stara Varoš spoke to Vijesti Television, dissatisfied with the reconstruction of the streets in that neighborhood because, as he claims, the Capital City violates the Detailed Urban Plan and is carrying out the works in haste, so that everything would not be completed by the end of the election campaign.
On the other hand, the Agency for Construction and Development of Podgorica claims that everything is done according to the regulations and that there is no running around, although they admit that some things in the Old Town were not done in the best way.

The Agency for Construction and Development of Podgorica says that reconstruction of the streets in Stara Varoša has been taking place for years and that they cannot take responsibility if a previous government did not foresee the lowering of cables underground.
What they are doing, they claim, was done according to the regulations, so the voltage network will be lowered in the future when CEDIS does it, for whom the conditions have now been created.
