The Minister of Mining, Oil and Gas, Admir Šahmanović, spoke in order to clarify his views from the interview with Television Vijesti.
He says that the Brskovo mine exploitation project has been put to an end, but that the job of the Ministry of Mining is precisely to develop the exploitation of mineral resources that we undoubtedly have.
He claims that such projects, not only in Mojkovac, should be developed exclusively in cooperation and for the benefit of local communities, in an economically sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
Šahmanović believes that with responsible and thorough planning, this area can really contribute to the development of our country's economy.
That is why, says Šahmanović, he will work on developing a strategy that would provide many answers and guidelines, first of all about the real potentials we have, and then also about the methods and technologies of exploitation.
