Borovinić Bojović invited citizens to be part of a unique vision, and said that the list she represents is a safe and reliable partner that wants to build a common and better future.

Rakčević said that his list has a superior vision and that the list he represents includes people who love the city.

List holders in this topic answer the question of who will be with whom after the elections in Podgorica.

Mugoša said that the outgoing government will finish its story on September 29.

"You see, they deal with standard topics about dual citizenship, monuments, the census because they have nothing to talk about when it comes to the local level. As for the European Union, we know who we can talk to and who will not be our ally. We will be the backbone of the future government ... People who divide citizens who think differently, who sow hatred, who have organized local functions to heal their ideological frustrations and to try - as far as we are concerned, those people should be happy in the opposition be those who voted for all those people because they served that ideology to achieve their goals and they are there to act out a story...", said Mugoša, among other things.

Abdić said that the list he leads will be the convincing winner of the local elections.

"There are no calculations with us, we have principles and a political backbone. We supported the minority Government of Abazović, after 100 days of that Government, because the principles and the agreement that was made were violated, we did not calculate with the interests of the state... We will talk to all parties that are interested in civil , secular, modern, civilized and progressive Podgorica," said Abdić.

Mujović said that on the day when the Government was reconstituted, the President of the State, Jakov Milatović, called him.

"He asked me, that is, he insisted that I leave the Government, leave PES and go to Milatović. I thanked him and said that I could not live with that if I sold and betrayed someone". 

Mujović said that his goal is the best possible election result.

"For the victory to be as convincing as possible, small, minor parties would not blackmail. All those who are against the work of the government are unwelcome because we think it is doing a good job," said Mujović.

Borovinić Bojović said that the coalition she represents will be "the winner in the elections".

"We will not sit at the same table with DPS. It is certain that our partners will be all those who are constituents of the Government. It is very important for us that there is a democratic government in Podgorica and that there is no blackmail capacity," said Borovinić Bojović.

Rakčević said that it will be "the most pleasant surprise".

"The people from this list were the most productive part of the city administration and we defeated the DPS several times... After we win the elections, we will invite people from Mujović's party and from other parties to support our candidate for mayor," Rakčević said.

In the third topic, the participants will talk about what they recognize as harmful, false, subterfuge in other people's offers.

Mugoša said that he thinks there is a lot of unrealistic in the plans.

"First of all, we should start from the fact that the budget of Podgorica is about 130 million, of which 60 million is for current spending, and 70 million is for the capital budget. Then you look and see that some things cannot be done with that money. For some, it is necessary planning documentation, expropriation... It is promised that something will be done in three years, I guarantee that it cannot be done in three years were dealing with local elections and now every day we have a press release from the Government about projects concerning Podgorica... Everything is prepared quite flat and it bothers me that we are not fair to the citizens," said Mugoša.

Abdić said "not to peek into other people's yards".

"We have a clear plan, goal and election program.... A part of the political entities would not have their program if there was no DPS because their program is reduced to an anti-DPS campaign... In the promised projects, I recognize that it is bad that the intelligentsia is insulted Because you can't finish a project in an hour - today, let's finish the Vojislavljević boulevard. The most interesting thing is the Velje brdo project which is a protected zone. Let's not, once the elections are over we have to account to the citizens, not the hills and valleys to make promises," said Abdić.

Mujović said that "there is no greater insult to the intelligentsia than what the DPS is doing".

"Before the 2010 elections, they promised the construction of the City Theater, the reconstruction and extension of the resort on Veruša, the construction of a device for purifying waste water. Mr. Stijepović again in 2014, a device for purifying waste water, and then a new elementary school in Zlatica, the construction of the eastern tribune. Rakčević said that "what the government is doing is not serious".

Mugoša said that the biggest problem with the planning documentation is the traffic part, because there were neighborhoods that were not followed by the traffic infrastructure.

"Let's not talk about the greening of all that, and now, 15 years after construction, we are looking at how to green those areas... The problem is that a large part of the space has been usurped and we have to look at what to do with the remaining part of the space. We have a couple of locations that are the rest intact. We forgot to build schools and kindergartens in those new neighborhoods," said Mugoša, among other things.

 Abdić stated that they want to build a humane city.

"Neighborhoods are springing up in Podgorica like mushrooms due to migration, and their construction must be accompanied by infrastructure, not only traffic.... We cannot leave our successes and build on the failures of others, but we must fix something concrete...", Abdić said. .

Mujović said that he does not want to promise something impossible.

"What has been built is built. All that remains is for us to save what we can... We are working at full steam and with all possible means to start the construction of roads as soon as possible...", said Mujović.

Borovinić Bojović said that in the previous two decades there was a "bourgeois-tycoon scenario" on the scene.

"We know what happened in Podgorica and those construction tycoons later gave us schools... That time is over and now there is good and constructive cooperation between the city and the government... Our goal and idea is to increase green areas, but also construction of schools, kindergartens, health centers...", stated Borovinić Bojović.

Rakčević said that there is a systemic problem because spatial planning authority was taken from the Government.

"Since the adoption of that law, the Government has managed to adopt only six DUPs for the territory of the capital... That is why today we depend on the Government, which is incapable of doing that. I say frankly that I think that the PES, with its actions, has opened the door wide to devastation space in Podgorica," said Rakčević.

The participants of the debate answer the question of what you intend to do to make the daily functioning bearable, and that the journey from one end of the city to the other does not take longer than transportation between individual municipalities in Montenegro.

Boris Mugoša said that traffic collapse is an everyday occurrence and that it is getting worse every day.

"We need to do something urgently. At the moment, six institutions monitor traffic... and the situation has never been worse. We also need to apply modern techniques related to smart traffic lights... We need to improve the "Oko sokolovo" system and the system for displaying free parking spaces But we also need to buy more city buses and analyze the city lines in detail... Podgorica must also start with underground garages above which there would be green areas, walking areas, facilities," said Mugoša.

Nermin Abdić said that there is traffic chaos and collapse in every place in the city.

"That must be stopped... This is not good. Did the DPS make mistakes, yes... But don't say that the DPS did not do well for Podgorica during the 30 years of government... We have to change our lifestyles, to park anywhere... We have a solution for this. We acquired 45 buses in the previous term, and another 40 in the next term... but also to increase the number of parking spaces. All lists tend to close the city center to traffic." Abdić said.

Saša Mujović said that the previous government in the city administration did a lot to establish and correct "some deviations that have their roots in the DPS period.

"DPS did not make a mistake, it made a cardinal mistake and what we have today in traffic is the result of urban chaos... Someone ate our space...", said Mujović.

Jelena Borovinić Bojović said that all big cities have problems with traffic.

"Podgorica is slowly becoming a big city... The culture of traffic must change and we ourselves often don't take care of where and how we park... Urban transport should be affirmed as much as possible...", said Borovinić Bojović.

Luka Rakčević said that they have "five simple steps".

"The first step is the purchase of 50 new buses. The second is the introduction of double the number of lines. The third is the introduction of "bike sharing" every 100 to 150 meters. The fourth is the use of artificial intelligence in the management of traffic lights. The fifth step is the expansion of the infrastructure, which includes the construction of nine underground garages...", Rakčević said.
