"When it comes to the Fundamental Agreement with the SPC, that agreement has been waiting to be signed for ten or more years. I don't know why it wasn't done sooner. I said that we need to close issues from the past. The Fundamental Agreement is a solemn declaration, it is not a law. The Fundamental Agreement which was signed by Montenegro is in line with all the national interests of the state. The basic contract does not deal with the right of property. , Abazovic said.
He also said that by signing the basic contract "SPC recognized the state of Montenegro".
"And secondly, the SPC has finally become part of the legal order of Montenegro, all in accordance with the Constitution and laws".
Asked why he distinguishes between Milan Knežević and Andrija Mandić, he answered:
"Andrija Mandić is the leader of the parade, of this circus of the parliamentary majority. In my opinion, Milan Knežević is a man inspired by humor and I do not take his statements seriously".
The URA leader said that he has good relations with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić.
"While the 43rd Government lasted, we did not have any special obstructions from Serbia".
Asked if Vučić is a Balkan autocrat who is connected to organized crime as described by the opposition in Serbia, he answered:
"I personally think that Serbia has democratic shortcomings. After 2020, Montenegro is a more democratic country than Serbia".
He also said that he was worried that Vučić said after the local elections in Budva that "we will solve it".
"It worries me, and he says that because he has these people in the Government of Montenegro. There is no one to answer him and no one to protect the integrity of this country. Unfortunately, he has his own people in the Government, but he also has people who are not in the Government and he watches them not to express myself as...
"The census showed that the number of inhabitants is rapidly decreasing in dozens of municipalities. I expect the Government to present measures that will be implemented in order to change the demographic situation for the better," Abazović said.
He also said that there is no room for constitutional changes.
"Not that I am not in favor of language equality. DF, Democrats and PES want to change the Constitution in order to throw many things through their feet. They also threaten Jakov Milatović that they will make changes regarding the president..." said Abazović.
"I am not for DPS to return. I am a proven fighter against DPS, but this kind of mantra is unacceptable to me - shirking responsibility from what they do. PES and DPS have no difference, DPS and DF have no difference..." he said is Abazović.
He reminded that the Government has 33 members.
"You have a deputy prime minister who says that Kosovo is a southern Serbian province. Another says that the DF recognized independent Kosovo. This has never happened since Montenegro. People like the ones sitting in the government have never happened, not even when there was DPS".
Abazović said that he guarantees that if this Government persists, DPS will win the next elections.
"He won't need anyone...", assessed Abazović.
Asked who the useful idiots in the government are, he answered:
"Useful idiots are Milojko Spajić, his uncle, Vlade Bojović, who else can I tell you..."
"I have a good opinion of Nemrmin Abdić and I would never put him in any rank with Milo Đukanović. As far as I know him, he thinks of him as his boss (Abdić), but I have not yet met the official of the DPS to whom Đukanović implanted a chip," said Abazović.
Asked if DPS supports Luka Rakčević for mayor, whether that is an option for them, the URA leader replied:
"DPS is not afraid of me. If there was no 43rd Government, Sky would never have opened. I am afraid of the slowness of the institutions, the lack of their capacity. I am not afraid of people who personify the old DPS. I personally think that the catastrophe for the new DPS is that they want to make a departure from what was before...".
The only thing left from August 30 is sitting here in the studio, said Abazović.
He also asked if "August 30 is nepotism, that our uncle, aunt, and aunt regulate state politics.
"Is it August 30," Abazović asked.
Good luck to whoever can form a majority without us, said Abazović.
"The people who were with Jakov Milatović could have negotiated their positions three months before the election and they didn't want to because they saw who they were dealing with. And if that's why they distanced themselves from PES. For me, it would be extreme surprise that after everything they now say 'we had an election, some campaign and now we want to negotiate about several positions that we could have negotiated before'. That is an unrealistic scenario and I stand up for those people..." he said, among other things Abazovic.
Asked if perhaps Milatović had any contacts and whether he informed him about it, Abazović answered him:
"He told me that he didn't have any contacts, except collegial after the meeting of the Security and Defense Council with Mandić," said Abazović.
Abazović said that with the mayor, whoever it is, there must be a clear program and deadlines.
"You know who the talk about the mayor goes to - people who don't know what to do except stuffing people into management boards... We insist on a mayor because we want to direct the processes...".
"If someone wants Andrija Mandić to cut his hat and if someone wants to be the cloth of Andrija Mandić, Milojko Spajić and Aleksa Bečić, goodbye. If someone wants to be the cloth of Milo Đukanović - goodbye. I am sure that all six people from the list for a better Podgorica they don't want to be on any side nor do they want to be part of the mockery personified by the parliamentary majority... If someone for some reason at some point wants to find himself in that composition, what should we do..." said the URA leader.
Abazović said that if the holder of the list of the PES-Democrats coalition, Saša Mujović, has a majority to vote for mayor of Podgorica, "good luck to them, and if not, let them listen to what we have to propose".
"Luka Rakčević is by far the best candidate who came before the citizens. If the DF sticks to its principles, let Nermin Abdić be the mayor, we will not participate in that and go to the opposition. Did he get the most? DF excludes who got the most, it's telling who got the most from some group that they think should have a mayor. Why don't they let Nikola Jovanović be the mayor in Budva...", said Abazović.
Abazović said that negotiations on the formation of the local government in Podgorica have not yet begun.
"The reason is probably that the final results have not yet been determined because the decision of the Constitutional Court is awaited, not some appeals that have been filed," Abazović said.
He said that the state power personified through the Democratic Front (DF), the Europe Now Movement (PES) and the Democrats was delegitimized through the local elections in Podgorica.
Abazović said that he does not rule out negotiations with PES, DF and the Democrats.
"Our coalition was clear and precise - we said that we would fight against populism, nationalism and crime. We are the only list that gave a concrete program for the development of Podgorica and that insisted on the mayor because we claim that he is a superior candidate compared to the others Whoever wants the old and the continuity of the same, good luck," said Abazović.
He pointed out that he is satisfied with the role of the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, in the election process.
The guest of the Načisto show on Television Vijesti is the leader of the Citizens' Movement URA Dritan Abazović.
