Since May, politicians have not been able to agree on the formation of the government and the distribution of seats.
The problems continued, so the people of Budva will go to the polls again on November 17.
The main political competitors are still on a war footing, but they are mostly sure that they will achieve a good enough result to be the headquarters of the future government.
