Women are increasingly reporting domestic violence, because they see it as the only way to safety and protection of their own lives.
This is what the representatives of NGOs that deal with the fight against this type of violence told Television News, after five cases of domestic violence were reported only yesterday.
Until November of this year, 208 women sought legal help from the Center for Women's Rights due to domestic violence, while 630 women approached the Safe Women's House for the same reason, with every other woman reporting the violence to the competent institutions.
Two NGOs say that it is important that the institutions, in the first contact, inform the victims about their rights.
