The Ministry of Health did not implement the Initiative on the free rehabilitation of oncology patients at the "Dr. Simo Milošević" Institute in Igalo, which was promised at the beginning of October, so the NGO "Diši" will organize a second protest on Friday, December 6, at 12 noon, under the slogan "We demand responsibility". in front of the competent ministry building.
"The question arises, after our post on the Instagram page, where the patient who has breast cancer, who has osteoporosis, who has spondylosis, who has fractures, who was referred by a specialist doctor to go to Igalo, was actually sent back, because , look miracles, it says that according to the rulebook it does not meet the standards. Therefore, we invite the honorable gentlemen from the Ministry of Health to carefully read this initiative and, of course, make the right decision," she said in Boje jutra on TV Vijesti Maja Gardašević from NGO "Diši".
She adds that she will not give up on the Initiative because the proposal itself has caused positive reactions among a large number of oncology patients, and that they believe that the state has enough money to recognize the situation.
