Camović said that she demanded the resignation of the members of the RTCG Council who voted for the decision, after which there were two legally binding court verdicts that they illegally re-elected Boris Raonic.
"They didn't even want to put it on the agenda to be discussed. In the coming days, we will have to have a Council session related to the adoption of the financial plan for the next year. We will have a very interesting situation where four members of the Council who are being prosecuted for possible criminal actions they committed as members of that same Council to decide on a budget of over 20 million euros. They will of course have the nerve to sit and make those decisions. And the Administrative Board should either suspend them or immediately solve it," Camovic said.
Čović said that there are two more bloody reports for an organized criminal group and a dozen civil disputes produced by Boris Raonic and his lawyers.
"I think it has to be resolved. I think a year ago I said that the RTCG is in institutional agony. It's still going on, someone has to cut it off," Čović said.
Camović said that Boris Raonic handed over his position in the Council of the Agency for Electronic Media to Milan Radović, program director of the Civic Alliance.
Raonic was once the head of that non-governmental organization (NGO).

Čović said that he was the head of the general director's office, and after that he was the head of statistics.
He said that Raonic, in violation of the regulations, fired people from his office with the help of the legal department.
Miranović said that he was not silent at the sessions of the Council, but that he was the most active.
When asked what happened to the money that Boris Raonic earned while he was in the position to which he was illegally elected, Miranović said that he did some actual work.
"Some kind of exchange can be made, so that he returns the money he earned, but he also has to be compensated for his actual work in some way. Because it is irreversible," said Miranović.
Camović said that it is known that Raonic receives up to 4.000 euros per month.
She also said that his salary was calculated illegally, both on the first day when he took office and today, because the Rulebook on the variable part of the salary is in force in the Public Service, which allows him to earn two average salaries over and above what he is entitled to by the collective agreement.

He told Miranović that he had an elegant solution to achieve what he had stalled, that is, to have the competition cancelled.
"If you had used the white paper by not filling the quorum, you would have realized your good intention. I think the only elegant solution of the Council was to cancel the competition on June 1," Čović said.
He said that the problem was that if the competition were announced, Boris Raonic would not be able to be the general director of RTCG because the pace of preparation of the new law was not under his control.
Camović said that those who voted for the re-election of Raonic chose him by force, and that they did not put him through the "eyes of a needle".
She said that at the preparatory meeting, Raonic sat next to her and said that he had a lot of work to do, that he needed to sign a collective agreement, that he had a hundred documents, and that it should be finished quickly and that he should move on.
"I said let the Council decide. He said you know it will be like that. I said unfortunately I know and that is our tragedy. After he gave them the signal that he should be on that list, the lawyers, encouraged, started to pronounce it," said Camović.
Miranović said that each member of the RTCG Council acted sincerely believing that they were acting in accordance with legal acts.
He said that he was advocating that the verdict be implemented and that the competition be canceled and a new one announced, to which those who need to apply will apply.
He said that the second part about the repetition of votes can be problematic and that he was not inclined to it.

Miranović said that when Boris Raonic was re-elected as General Director of RTCG, his ballot was empty.

"Before the vote on June 1, did you have a preparatory meeting with the man you were supposed to decide on?" asked Komnenic.
Miranović said that the day before the session where the vote was held, there was a working meeting and that he thinks the administration invited him.
When asked what Raonic was doing there with the lawyers from the RTCG, if the judgment should be passed on him tomorrow, especially after the information that he came to office illegally, Miranović said that there was no place for Raonic there.
"It didn't affect me, such a meeting could have been broadcast on television. I spoke at that meeting as I thought. I don't remember Boris Raonic except at the beginning. I discussed with the lawyers. I remember the arguments of the lawyers and the RTCG legal service. Their the argumentation was related to the implementation of the court verdict. When I read the court verdict, from the text that the RTCG can repeat the vote and make a choice between the remaining candidates, I understood that text that it should not be on the ballot. Boris Raonic. The argument of the RTCG legal service and the lawyer was that this was not the case and that the court left room for different interpretations. It turned out that I was wrong in one of the judgments ruled," Miranović said.
The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica previously filed an indictment against the president and four members of the Council of Radio and Television of Montenegro, due to the illegal appointment of general director Boris Raonic.
According to the unofficial information of "Vijesti", they are accused of abuse of official position in co-perpetration.
The indictment was filed against Council President Veselin Drljević and members: Filip Lazović, Amina Murić, Naod Zorić and Predrag Miranović.
"The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica submitted an indictment to the Basic Court in Podgorica against the defendants, the president and members of the Council of RTCG, VD, FL, AM, NZ and PM for the criminal offense of abuse of official position in co-perpetration, and on the occasion of the election of the general director of RTCG, BR, on June 01.06.2023, XNUMX," ODT told "Vijesti".
Camović said that she did not expect Boris Raonic to appear on the Načisto show.
"He would rather talk about journalism, artificial intelligence, Netflix, about everything he knows nothing about, than about final court verdicts, criminal acts that have been happening for three years, the court process of which he is the cause, because they guarded his chair. Miranović said that there are too many court processes and judgments that cannot be resolved in RTCG and court proceedings.
He said that the court ruled that Boris Raonic came to the post of General Director of RTCG illegally.
"What caused the problem was the implementation of the court verdict, where the members of the Council and the legal representatives of RTCG had different opinions regarding the implementation," said Miranović.
