Adžić said that the appointment of Janović as the head of ANB is "an attempt by Mandić and Spajić to collapse every institution".
"Problems happen deliberately, the collapse of institutions is deliberate, someone wants to bring Montenegro to its knees, and we recognize that they are Spajić and Mandić," Adžić said.
Vukšić said that he "expects the government to come to its senses" when it comes to appointing Janović.
Laković said that there is "hysteria" in the public about the appointment of Janović.
"There are not many disputed details, my opinion is that if there were a choice, it is always more practical to choose a professional and you can easily make a loyal employee out of him, only if he respects the legal norms. It is not easy to make a professional out of a loyal person... Janović has a big task ahead of him and great responsibility at the prime minister...", Laković stated, among other things.
The security check of Ivica Janović was done earlier when he was allegedly planned for a position in the Tivat branch of the secret service. After he did not pass that check, the National Security Agency (ANB) began to worry and asked to write a new check so that Janović would meet the criteria.

Adžić said that Janović "a day or two ago had communication with an operational link of a powerful foreign service in order to iron out this situation and justify his appointment".
"Do you know that I or any of the citizens should not know that. It is information that is not released to the public, and he will be released to the public like this. And that is a problem..." said the URA official.
Laković said that there is "absolute trust and support from the partner services for the appointment of Janović".
Vukšić said that when it comes to Spajić, "sometimes I have the feeling that he has to hold back all day so as not to tell the truth, that he can't stand it."
"First he said that Janović, unlike Vukšić, passed a rigorous check. I would like Spajić to say who passed the rigorous NATO check procedures. That is a dangerous statement..." said Vukšić.

When asked what NATO procedure was requested by the President's Cabinet for the arrival of an extraordinary commission to investigate the circumstances, Vukšić answered:
"The president addressed the NATO office. From time to time, regular or extraordinary inspections are carried out by the NATO office for security affairs. We will see how they will respond and whether a check will be made to see if security standards were violated during the election of the director of the ANB ...".
Asked if it was unusual for him, as a man who spent years in the police, to consult on such a delicate solution, Laković replied:
"It is unusual for me. I have no objection to that. The Prime Minister decided to do it based on his assessments, we did not comment on that appointment".
Laković said that he did not know that Janović also had Croatian citizenship.
"Everything that is illegal is disputable to me. From June to November, ANB carried out detailed checks on this person (Janović) and did not find anything that would be a burden for his engagement in ANB", repeated Laković.
The show also aired a conversation with the Minister of Internal Affairs, Danilo Šaranović.
Adžić said that he was "sorry that there have been changes in ANB".
"What the ANB was able to investigate was the connection of another company of that person (Janović) with another operational person of interest accused of serious crimes - robbery of large amounts of money. This is a business partner of Janović whose initials are MR. He worked with Janović for many years , they had a company together and that person was operationally observed on several occasions, registered in the police records, and ANB must own that," said Adžić.
Vukšić said that Janović does not meet any conditions for election as ANB director.
He commented on Spajić's statement that the fact that Janović was a sailor and because of that he has "a background in that sphere".

"If the prime minister defends his position as the man who proposed the candidate, it means that he is either aware that (Janović) is directly involved in something, so he knows how smuggling flows, or he is aware of it through someone. My father is also a sailor, so about that (smuggling) ) certainly doesn't know anything. If you have that information, you can find out how narcotics smuggling works from South America for two reasons - either you are involved or you are particularly close to certain people," said Vukšić.
He added that he learned indirectly that some security checks were done for Janović "a long time ago".
"I assume that the ANB officials who did the checks were probably not told in advance that assessments were being made for the person who is planned to be the future director of the ANB," Vukšić said.
Laković also said that he does not see anything objectionable that in 2006 Janović had a company with Mata Bošković, a person of security interest, whose property was raided seven years ago in an action directed against the Škaljar and Kavački clans. That company was founded in 2006.
"The fact that he had a company until 2006, which remained at the level of some business idea, and since then he has no communication with a person who later - 10, 15 years later - came into contact with one of the clans. I don't see anything controversial. According to my knowledge, Janović has other references and qualities that have recommended him to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister stands behind the proposal and is responsible for this solution," said Laković.
Laković said that Boris Milić resigned from the post of ANB director and that he did not know under what circumstances.
"The prime minister probably had his colleague Janović in mind because checks were made for him in the ANB from June to November, as far as I know," said Laković.
He added that Janović might have been planned for some other position.
"This is about the prime minister's discretionary right to propose the director of ANB..."
