Some local broadcasters encountered problems: Some municipalities did not budget for changes to the law

The new Law on Audiovisual Media Services foresees changes in the way local public broadcasters are financed. However, some have encountered problems because some municipalities have not budgeted for these changes. The innovations introduced by the law also relate to the production of own content, which must amount to 30 percent for television programs and 10 percent less for radio.
