For more than 14 years, a notice has been posted in the center of Nikšić about a construction site that, believe it or not, was closed in 2012.
During that time, the municipality was led by five presidents and their administrations, and the sign still informs citizens and tourists today that a sewage system is being built at a cost of over three million euros and that it is being financed by the European Union.
A possible answer lies in the fact that, according to Brussels rules, a sign stating that the EU funded the project must be displayed, but it certainly should not be dilapidated but should be replaced.
