Europe Now Movement (PES) MP Miodrag Laković announced that the Parliament will discuss the budget at a session scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday, February 5) at 14 p.m., while the opposition, after being ordered to leave the sessions yesterday, has not revealed its next steps.
Laković also said in the Reflektor show on Vijesti Television that the proposals from the agreement presented by the opposition today are now acceptable to his Europe Movement, except for the point regarding the blockade of parliament, and he proposes a dialogue at the Collegium of the Speaker of the Parliament.
The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), on the other hand, believe that the government and the opposition have never been further from an agreement and that, apart from the PES's good wishes, nothing is being asked.
When asked if a parliamentary session on the budget was scheduled for tomorrow, Laković replied: "Yes, at 14 p.m."
When asked whether there will be a vote on the Budget Law and the decision on borrowing tomorrow, Laković said that he could not say, that he did not know.
When asked what they will do if what they are demanding is not fulfilled by the time the vote on the Budget Law is scheduled, DPS MP Oskar Huter said "we will have an answer for all these antics of Andrija Mandić".
When asked what that meant, Huter said, "it means I can't tell you what our moves will be in the coming period."
"But we will not allow Andrija Mandić (the President of the Parliament of Montenegro) to do what he has planned. He wants political chaos, he wanted a fight yesterday, what he did, to throw bottles at the President of the Parliament, to pull out microphones," said Huter.
When asked if they were ready for that, Huter said "of course not."
"We built the state of Montenegro, we rebuilt it. He wanted to destroy it, he wants to continue to destroy it," said Huter.
In addition to Laković and Hutter, guests on the Reflektor show were also Stefan Đukić - a political analyst and Dževdet Pepić - a civic activist.
