On this day 25 years ago, the former Minister of Defense of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Pavle Bulatović, was murdered, and the instigators and perpetrators of that crime remain unknown to this day.
The Parliament of Montenegro is considering forming a Committee of Inquiry, headed by Vladimir Dobricanin from the United Party, which should investigate this and other politically motivated murders and attacks over the past three decades.
While proponents claim that it is high time to open up these topics, the opposition shows no willingness to support them.
