The Head of the Coastal Zone Control Service, Srđan Radić, announced on "Boje jutra" on TV Vijesti that all conditions have been met for the tender for the lease of beaches, and that the public call will be published on Monday, February 17th.
Radić recalled that the price list of the Coastal Zone has not changed since 2019, stating that the recommendation of the State Audit Institution was to do so.
He is telling beach tenants that their protests are not justified and that they will have to respect the law.
The Association of Beach Tenants, the Ada Bojana Association and the Restaurant Association are protesting in front of the premises of the Public Company Morsko dobro in Ulcinj, opposing the Government's decision to announce a new tender for the lease of beaches, under new rules and new prices, which was announced two days ago by the relevant Minister Slaven Radunović.
