Colors of the Morning: When will Podgorica's roads "breathe"?

Construction of underground garages, improvement of bus infrastructure, construction of bicycle paths - all of these are potential solutions to serious problems in the functioning of Podgorica's traffic, which have been going on for years.

All potential solutions require additional and future investments to free the city network from constant congestion and overcrowded streets and sidewalks. But will these projects be enough to finally solve the traffic chaos, or will Podgorica continue to “stand” at a crossroads?
