Last year alone, 2.350.000 euros were paid to officials for compensation upon termination of office, the Ministry of Finance told Television Vijesti.
And so - millions have been spent on these purposes for years, and the Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj has announced that he will finally limit these fees, but the amendments to the law that he recently presented only imply a partial limitation.
