Begović: Until the Supreme Court decides, the dilemma of whether Sky is evidence or just data will not be defined

Four years after international investigators broke into the communications that criminals around the world conducted through the supposedly protected Sky app, the Court of Appeals has issued the first ruling admitting Sky correspondence as evidence.

He did so in the case against Nikšić resident Darko Janjić, upholding the conviction of the Higher Court.

However, the Supreme Court will still have the final say in this case.
