The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kalas, is visiting Montenegro today. This is her first visit to the Western Balkans.
Kalas will meet with Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, several ministers in the Government of Montenegro, and President Jakov Milatović, and will also present the EU support package to the Montenegrin Army.
