The high turnout of over 70 percent in the elections in Nikšić surprised Miloš Bešić, a professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, who believes that this is a consequence of the mobilization of voters who still have strong anti-DPS sentiment.
Bešić assessed that the elections in Nikšić showed that Montenegro is still dominantly divided into two blocs, which is why civic parties are losing the most.
Bešić pointed out in "Colors of Morning" on TV Vijesti that because of this, the "Europe Now" Movement must reconsider its further political activities.
