After the problems with the residents of Botuni, and similar problems in Bijelo Polje, now some of the citizens of Rožaje are preparing to block the collector construction project in that town, if the Municipality decides to build a pumping station near their homes.
The construction of a wastewater treatment plant in Rožaje is expected to cost 16 million euros, and would be financed from a non-refundable European Union grant of 11 million euros and a loan from the European Investment Bank of five million euros.
The Vijesti Television crew tried to find out what locals and experts say about the problem that has divided the citizens of Rožaje.
