The seven students who participated in the attack on retired janitor Vladimir Terić last week in the courtyard of the Stojan Cerović High School in Nikšić - in their four years of education, they have not had a single report or incident, nor have they caused any problems for the school.
This is claimed by the Nikšić Gymnasium, which told Television Vijesti that, in order to prevent similar situations, they are taking all necessary measures to ensure that students and employees live and work in safe conditions.
Terić, on the other hand, told TV Vijesti on Friday that this group of students has been constantly harassing him for years and that he has reported them to the police seven times so far.
This was confirmed to TV Vijesti by the police, who said that Terić had repeatedly reported students for insulting and harassing them, but the basic prosecutors in Nikšić dismissed all the reports, claiming that there was no criminal offense involved, while in 2022, the police prosecuted three students from the Gymnasium, as well as Terić himself, for violations of the Law on Public Order and Peace.
This time too, the basic prosecutor in Nikšić said that there was no criminal offense in the student's attack on Terić, while the police prosecuted two students - J.Ć. and B.Đ, for physical assault, as well as the janitor - for insulting and insolent behavior, because he responded to the students' verbal provocations by throwing eggs at them before being beaten.
