Citizens in Montenegro often cannot achieve justice even when they hold a final verdict in their hands, which only shows that legal certainty is not at a satisfactory level, is the conclusion of a roundtable organized by the NGO KOD.
This is especially true when citizens sue the state. A bad example is the re-election of RTCG director Boris Raonić, in which the Council of that company completely ignored final judgments, but also the fact that in one case the courts ruled illegally at the behest of an arrogant businessman.
