Whether or not political trading is behind the non-election of two vice governors of the Central Bank of Montenegro is a question that has been circulating in the public since yesterday.
The opposition has no doubt that the vote showed political trading within the government, and that this outcome indicates that the parliamentary majority is not united in its support for Governor Irena Radović.
On the other hand, government representatives avoid a clear explanation of why the candidates did not pass, even though they had enviable biographies.
