More than four million euros have been raised, fuel reserves have not yet been purchased, and there is not enough storage space.

Drivers have been paying an additional three cents for each liter of fuel since February this year.

Around 4,2 million euros have been collected in a special account with the Central Bank, and this money is intended exclusively for the formation of strategic fuel reserves.

The fee was introduced by the Law on Safety and Supply of Petroleum Products, which was adopted by the Parliament at the end of last year.
