The mayor of Podgorica is in a bind, the people of Botunja are in a bind - that's how the situation regarding the collector, which will probably be built in Zeta, could be briefly described.
The first man of the Capital City, Saša Mujović, told Television Vijesti that, if the Environmental Protection Agency gives the green light to the project within a month, work could begin as early as autumn.
Mujović is not giving up on convincing the people of Botunja of the advantages of the project before it begins, but they are adamant that they will not allow it, at any cost.
