After today's sunny and warm weather, a sudden change awaits us on Saturday, with rain, showers and thunderstorms along with significantly lower temperatures, said Dušan Pavićević, head of the Meteorological Center of Television Vijesti, in "Colors of the Morning" on Television Vijesti.

"It will be noticeably cooler, up to ten degrees colder in Podgorica than today. Rain will affect most of the country, especially the central and southern regions, while the least precipitation will be in the far north," said Pavicevic.

Already on Sunday, it will be dry or mostly dry in a large part of Montenegro, with a gradual increase in temperature.

The weather will stabilize over the next week. Temperatures will reach around 30 degrees again on Tuesday and Wednesday, so the beginning of September will bring new tropical days.

"Today, the 85th tropical day of this year was recorded in Podgorica, which is already eight days more than average. The normal for the last 25 years is 92 days, so there is a possibility that we will reach that number this year as well," explained Pavicevic.

According to him, although the summer will be warmer than average, it will not be among the four or five warmest in recent decades.
