The process of demarcation between Podgorica and Tuzi has been going on for more than seven years, and to date no agreement has been reached on the division of property.
Representatives of the Tuzi municipality are demanding 15 percent of the total property of the Capital City, while Podgorica has not yet given an official response.
State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration and President of the Demarcation Committee, Naim Đokaj, says that if an agreement is not reached soon, the Government will be notified and an arbitration procedure will be initiated.
