The son of former Supreme Court President Vesna Medenica - Miloš, who is charged with forming a criminal group involved in cigarette and drug smuggling, has left the Spuž Remand Prison and will remain under house arrest.
The High Court Council was practically forced to make this decision by force of law, since even after more than three years since the indictment was confirmed, no first-instance decision has been made in this proceeding.
However, Miloš Medenica's lawyer is not satisfied with this decision and announces an appeal.
