The e-commerce scandal of the former Atlas Bank has been ongoing since the end of 2017, and foreign companies that used their service and had their money blocked as a result have been unable to operate normally for years.
Television Vijesti was approached by representatives of about thirty companies who claim that, after more than seven and a half years of the investigative process, the SDT is not allowing them to pay taxes and get out of the case.
They point out that the state could earn up to 25 million euros, and if nothing is done - it will lose hundreds of millions before international courts. The SDT is silent on this issue.
