The working group for the Social Housing Act visited Austria to try to learn from their experiences with social housing. This system implies that for an apartment of 70 to 80 square meters, the rent can be from one tenth to one eighth of the average net salary. Can this become a realistic story and a salvation for tenants who have been paying rent for apartments for several hundred euros in recent years? In what direction will the Social Housing Act change?
