The Union of Free Trade Unions rejected the claim of the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Naida Nišić, that their request for a ten percent wage increase applies only to the public sector, emphasizing that it applies to all workers.
They stated that the minister did not have complete information and reminded that for years they have been advocating for increasing the calculation value of the coefficient from 90 to 100 euros.
They estimate that it would cost the state around 90 million euros, which they consider feasible through savings.
They expect to reach an agreement with the Government in the coming days.
