The Environmental Protection Association of Grba and Dalj held a protest due to, as they state, a long-standing problem of pollution originating from a pig farm in Spuž.
The association says that locals have been suffering from unpleasant odors and a negative impact on air quality and the environment for years, and that the competent authorities have so far failed to provide a permanent solution to this problem.
That's why they are demanding that the government and local administration shut down the farm or move it to another location. If that doesn't happen, they are announcing a new protest in seven days.
