The University of Montenegro will publish a register of all issued diplomas, as one of the mechanisms in the fight against forgery, said UCG Vice-Rector Veselin Mićanović.
While appearing on the morning program of Television Vijesti, he announced the introduction of flexible study models, in accordance with the new Law on Higher Education, as well as the start of new study programs.
