Judicial Council: Verdict can be issued regardless of Moštrokol's resignation

The resignation of Court of Appeal judge Vesna Moštrokol has opened the dilemma of whether the "coup d'état" case could be reopened before that court.

The Judicial Council says that this will not happen, and that the verdict, regardless of the resignation of the president of the judicial council, can be issued.

The Court of Appeal, on the other hand, does not want to comment on how this circumstance will affect the proceedings.
